I'm Victoria, a Marketing Expert from the East Midlands, UK.

I'm a multi award-winning businesswoman and Entrepreneur, I've set up and run a Coffee Shop and a Deli in Surrey, open 7 days a week with 15 staff, and I also built my healthy snacking brand from Kickstarter (crowdfunding website) to Selfridges & Co, in less than a year.

7 Modules

Module 1

In Module 1, you'll start with the windscreen (vision), the battery (heart), brand and passengers (customers).

Module 2

In Module 2 we're going to create a SWOT analysis of your business, these are the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats.

Module 3

In Module 3, we're looking in the rear view mirror (your story), the registration plates (information you display about your business) and the horn (all the touchpoints of your marketing). Beep beep!

Module 4

In Module 4, we'll start with the fuel (marketing budget), the gear stick (growth of speed), engine (heart of the business) and the driver (staff).

Module 5

In Module 5, we look at the exhaust (outsourcing), the seat belts (legal aspects), and map book (pipeline).

Module 6

In Module 6, it's the handbrake (what you need to stop doing), the accelerator (what you need to start doing), and suspension (looking at the peaks and troughs).

Module 7

In the final module, it's time to look at the tyre tread (processes in place) and the dashboard (reporting).
